French fries potato varieties: McCain (Have a higher success rate)
McCain potato starch content: 20% (The higher the starch content, the better the quality of the French fries. Otherwise, the fried fries will be soft & color not good)
So potato type is very important for fries.
Higher starch content potato prefer low temperature of 15ºC-25ºC. The formation of potato require a loose, breathable, cool and moist soil environment.
Provinces in north of China are best planting base for potatoes. Our factory also in north of China.
